To date, thanks to the support of donors, sponsors, partners, and supporters, Hospices of Hope Moldova has successfully launched and maintained two Day Care Palliative Centres in Chișinău and Orhei, as well as five mobile medical teams providing free home-based care in key regions of the country: Orhei, Soroca, Ocnița, Taraclia, and Chișinău.

In 2024 alone, thanks to this support, Hospices of Hope Moldova carried out over 24,500 home visits and provided free medical, social, and psychological support to 1,420 patients.
